To connect eg: a shiftlight etc to an injection engine you need to locate the tachometer drive wire from the ECU. This pulses at twice engine RPM and is the white/black wire on ECU terminal 25. This also drives the coil -ive terminal.
The rev counter 12 V feed is from Fuse 5-6 (25A), wire colour light green/orange.
